About Grantbot
I grew up watching my dad run our family heat treating business (like a dry cleaner for metal parts) serving companies like Boeing, Lockheed Martin, and John Deere. He still, to this day, answers the phone, "This is Peter. How can I help you?"
I run my business the exact same way.
How We Got Here
I was the first employee at a founder and CEO community called Hampton, where I helped take the company from 100 to 1,000 members with a lean team of less than 10 people. I built their entire data infrastructure, automation, and AI workflow. It's also where I got the nickname Grantbot.
One day I was the automation guy. Then ChatGPT came out, and I became the automation and AI guy. Everyone's best friend.
That's where I learned how to extract knowledge from people's heads and turn it into scalable processes. It's also where I learned that most tech problems are actually people problems.
I started Grantbot because I kept seeing the same pattern: companies hire consultants who build beautiful systems that nobody uses six months later. The implementation worked. The adoption failed.
So I built a company that treats process consulting as the foundation, not an afterthought. We figure out how your business actually works before we touch any tools.
What We Do
We diagnose before we prescribe. Most companies asking for automation actually need to do it manually first. Do it correctly by hand. That way we can figure out what's actually broken before building anything.
Our team builds in four core skills:
HubSpot — CRM and revenue operations. Pipelines, reporting, lifecycle management. We're a Gold Partner, but more importantly, we've learned that CRM failures are almost always adoption problems, not technical problems.
ClickUp — Project and operations management. Task systems, SOPs, fulfillment tracking. We build the "silent killers" dashboards that show you what's falling through the cracks before it costs you money.
Clay — Go-to-market engineering, prospecting, and data enrichment. We help you find the right people and show up with context.
Automation & AI — Workflow automation and AI agents. We connect your tools and eliminate the "robot work" that's eating your team's time. Custom automations, AI assistants, and integrations that actually work. You may have heard of Claude skills, OpenClaw agents, and Nano Banana. We help you make sense of and apply all these rapidly evolving technologies.
Our Belief
Humans have unique talents. AI is a tool to amplify those talents.
Even if 80% of someone's role can be automated, the 20% that remains is the work that only they can do, the work they enjoy, and the work the company actually needs.
If we make that 20% into 100% of their focus, that person's output should be 5x what it was before.
